In the southern beach towns of Tenerife, Folelé is an outlier when it comes to what they are serving. One of the few restaurants in the area making traditional Canarian cusine, diners are introduced to local ingredients in a way that’s not intimidating. The food at Folelé is fresh and well made, this is the perfect place to explore the islands’ unique gastronomy. Plates are more refined than what you would find in a taberna in smaller towns in Tenerife, but the kitchen takes relatively few creative liberties, maintaining the integrity of the typical dishes of the Canaries.
