Adam is our resident expert on all things relating to Italian food culture and Italian cuisine. His passion for Italian food became an obsession while he was living for several years in a small town in Northern Italy. Although Adam is now living stateside, he hasn’t left his Italian roots far behind; he currently teaches Italian and is planning to open a restaurant in the San Francisco Bay Area to share his love of the culinary specialties of Northern Italy.
